Career and Development Week is a set of themed events comprising training sessions, meetings where specialists give practical advice, and online courses. Company employees will enjoy training sessions such as: “Neurobics: Fitness for the Mind”; “Developing Creativity”; “The Art and Strength of Positive Thinking”; and “Business Ethics”. The sessions will be organised by Uralkali’s HR Department, and a coach has been invited to conduct networking workshops. The Career and Development Week will be rounded off by a quiz entitled ’Voroshilov Sharpshooter’, in which participants will answer questions on Uralkali’s history, production, corporate culture and social policy.

Ruslan Ilyasov, Uralkali HR Director, commented:

Uralkali’s HR policy aims to provide our employees with a variety of opportunities for professional development, personal fulfilment and career growth. The Company has opened its own Corporate University and our employees study to improve their qualifications at the leading institutions in the country and the region, where they are taught on special corporate programmes.
