Uralkali participates in the work of the Perm Engineering and Industrial Forum

PJSC Uralkali (Company; LSE, MICEX: URKA), one of the world’s leading potash producers, became the General Partner of the Perm Engineering and Industrial Forum, which takes place on 12-13 November at the “The Perm Fair” exhibition centre.

Uralkali has been participating in the Forum since 2014. This year the Company will be one of the organisers of the “Personnel for Verkhnekamye” round table discussion, where HR specialists will discuss current industry issues, and exchange experiences of training and recruiting personnel with various qualification levels for industrial enterprises. They will also discuss the perspectives of improving labour productivity. Ruslan Ilyasov, HR director of Uralkali, will be the moderator and speaker at the round table.

Uralkali’s large-scale investment programme will result in new workplaces in the Company and additional contractors engaged in the project. It is also planned to increase the level of labour productivity by 20%.

The Perm Engineering and Industrial Forum, organised by the Government of the Perm region with the support of regional industrial enterprises, is held in Perm for the second time. The purpose of the Forum is to discuss the application of innovative economics and ways to develop both Russian industry and professional training. Heads of major Russian companies, small innovative enterprises, representatives of federal, regional and municipal authorities as well as educational institutions will take part in the Forum.
