Uralkali Spends About 70 Million Roubles on Summer Health Campaign for Children of Employees

Over 1,000 children, aged 7 to 12, of Uralkali’s employees will spend their summer holidays at the Ural Gems health resort in the countryside. There will be four camps, each lasting 21 days.

Children aged 9 to 14 will spend time at the Vita health resort in Anapa on the Black Sea. Around 700 children of Uralkali’s employees will stay at the resort. Each of the four camps will also last 21 days.

Parents will only pay 10% of the cost to the Ural Gems and Vita health resorts. The rest will be financed by Uralkali.

In addition, 178 children aged 4 to 7 will be able to spend time with their parents and receive health treatment as part of the Family Holiday programme at the Company’s own recreation centre.

Ruslan Ilyasov, Uralkali Human Resources Director, commented:

The organisation of recreation and health activities for the children of Uralkali’s employees is one of the priorities of our social policy. This year, nearly 2,000 children will participate in various summer recreation programmes. Uralkali will spend about 70 million roubles on the summer health campaign.
