Uralkali's employees have received awards of the contest "Russian Quality Leader 2016"

The contest “Russian Quality Leader” has been held annually since 2004. According to the results of this year’s competition, Svetlana Aliferova, Uralkali’s Deputy Technical Director for Enrichment Processes, has become prize-winner of the contest. Svetlana Aliferova has been awarded the Honorary Diploma of the All-Russian Quality Organisation and a commemorative medal. Prize-winners of the contest “Russian Quality Leader” are executives personally involved in the development and implementation of quality improvement policies in their organisations.

Ruzaliya Deryabina, chief specialist of the Technical Department, and Larisa Kazantseva, chief specialist of the Technical Control Department, have been awarded an honorary badge “Quality Master”. The badge “Quality Master” is designed to reward employees who ensure manufacture of high quality products.
