Stanislav Seleznev joins RSPP Committee on Industrial Safety

Stanislav Seleznev, Health, Safety and Environment Director of Uralkali (the Company; MICEX: URKA), has joined the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs’ (RSPP) Committee on Industrial Safety.

Among the main tasks of the committee is the development of constructive relations between public authorities, public organisations and the business community, in order to improve state regulation in industrial and process safety and prevent emergency situations. In its activities, the RSPP draws upon the positive experience of regulation in this area in countries with highly developed industrial sectors.

Participation in the work of the committee enables the Company to interact more efficiently with the relevant government authorities, and the expert and business communities, as well as to participate in preparing legislative proposals, expert reviews and revising draft regulations on industrial and process safety.
