Stanislav Seleznev took part in the round table Enrolment Campaign 2017: Staff for the Industry and Economy of the Future

Today Perm hosts the round table Enrolment Campaign 2017: Staff for the Industry and Economy of the Future. Among the organisers are the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation and National Research Technological University Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys.

Stanislav Seleznev, Uralkali’s HR, and HSE Director, also took part in the round table. In his speech, he highlighted the Company’s targeted work to attract promising and qualified personnel.

In 2016, Uralkali opened its Corporate University for training the Company’s employees according to 250 educational programmes.

The Company runs the following projects: “Talent Pool”, “Succession Programme”, “Evaluation and Development of Management Skills”.

Uralkali has paid individual scholarships since 2006 as part of a cooperation agreement between the Company, Perm National Research Polytechnic University and the Berezniki Branch of the University. Scholarships of RUB 3,000 are paid following each semester to the best students. In addition to university students, Uralkali’s scholarships are awarded to students of secondary educational institutions — Berezniki Polytechnic College and Solikamsk Mining and Chemical College. Besides, the Company assists in the improvement of facilities and equipment of the University. In 2016, Uralkali invested in the programme over RUB 10 million.

Each year about 700 students of universities and technical schools do internship at Uralkali. The Company also implements the target recruitment programme.
