The Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP) included Uralkali (the Company; Moscow Exchange: URKA) in its list of domestic companies, leading in the field of sustainable development, corporate responsibility and reporting. The Vector of Sustainable Development index analyses trends in company operations; its main aim is to assess changes in their main socio-economic and environmental indicators over a certain period.

The Responsibility and Transparency index analyses the quality of corporate social responsibility (CSR) information disclosure in public corporate reports and determines CSR priority areas for Russian business leaders.

The RSPP’s sustainable development, corporate responsibility and reporting indices have been compiled since 2014. The purpose of this project is to create tools for the independent evaluation of companies’ operations with the aim of promoting a systematic view of sustainable development and corporate responsibility, as well as improving transparency and the quality of governance in this area.

Since 2017 the RSPP’s indices have been integrated in international database on sustainable development ratings and indices.
