Uralkali AGM Decisions

On 17 June 2016, Uralkali (MICEX: URKA; the Company), one of the world’s largest potash producers, held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) of shareholders in the town of Berezniki (Perm Territory, Russia).

Uralkali’s AGM elected the new Board of Directors, including Sergey Chemezov, Dmitry Konyaev, Luc Maene, Sir Robert Margetts, Dmitry Mazepin, Dmitry Osipov, Paul Ostling, Dmitry Razumov, and Michael Sosnovsky.

Uralkali’s shareholders decided not to pay dividends for 2015.

The AGM approved the Company’s 2015 Annual Report and financial statements. In addition, the AGM approved ZAO Deloitte & Touche CIS as auditor of the Company’s 2016 consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with IFRS and ZAO Energy Consulting/Audit as auditor of the Company’s financial statements prepared in accordance with Russian Accounting Standards.

The AGM also elected the Internal Audit Commission and approved a number of interested party transactions.
