Uralkali (the Company; MICEX: URKA), one of the world’s largest potash producers, announces the following decisions taken by its Board of Directors at a meeting on 22 June 2016:

• The Board re-elected Sergey Chemezov as Chairman and Dmitry Mazepin and Sir Robert Margetts as Deputy Chairmen of the Board.
• The Board elected the members of the audit, appointments and remuneration, investment and development, and corporate social responsibility Committees and re-appointed independent directors as the heads of these Committees (for more details on the Board Committees please visit the: http://www.uralkali.com/about/corporate_governance/board_committees/
• The Board approved members of the Management Board as well as a number of interested-party transactions
