Uralkali Board Decisions

Uralkali (the Company; MICEX: URKA) announces the following basic decisions taken by its Board of Directors at the meeting on 11 November 2016.

The Board of Directors considered a number of issues related to the organisation of the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders scheduled for 22 December 2016, approved certain amendments to the agenda of the general meeting and recommended that shareholders approve the new editions of the Charter and regulations on the governing bodies of the Company.

The Board of Directors approved Uralkali’s employee housing project.

The Board approved a new version of the regulations on the Audit Committee.

Dmitry Lobyak, member of Uralkali’s Board of Directors, joined the Board’s Investments and Development Committee.
