Uralkali Board Decisions

Uralkali (the Company; MICEX: URKA) announces the following basic decisions taken by its Board of Directors at the meeting on 27 January 2017.

The Board approved a number of organisational and staff changes: approved the appointment of Alexander Kulbitsky as Procurement Director and member of the Management Board; approved the appointment of Vladislav Lyan as Director of Domestic Sales; approved the formation of the Control and Revision Department with effect from 30 January 2017 headed by Maria Kuzmina.
