01.10.2019

Uralkali has provided RUB 8 million funding for the installation of new playground equipment in the kindergartens in Berezniki. The new equipment meets the highest quality and safety requirements.

Different elements of the playground facilities have been designed for specific age groups, aimed at stimulating children’s physical development, as well as enabling them to develop their social skills while playing.

A spring, sandbox and playhouse were installed for children aged 1-3. A playhouse, climbing wall, sandbox ship with a slide and play car were constructed for kids aged 3-7.

The Company has provided financial support for the construction of 50 playground facilities in three kindergartens in the town.

Eduard Smirnov, Uralkali Subsoil Management Director, commented:

We believe that our children are our greatest treasure, which is why social projects benefitting children are an important element of Uralkali’s social policy. We were delighted to help make children’s outdoor activities in Berezniki safer and more fun. I hope the little residents of our town will enjoy these bright modern playgrounds.
