Uralkali wins Crystal Pyramid 2019 Award

Uralkali has won a prestigious Crystal Pyramid 2019 Award for its achievements in human capital management. The winners and runners-up were announced on 18 October at the XX Russia and CIS HR Directors Summit in Moscow. The award was traditionally won by the best HR projects and companies making an important contribution to the development and management of human resources. This year, the Crystal Pyramid featured 11 categories. Uralkali has received an award in the debut Corporate Social Responsibility category, as well as in the HR Director of the Year and the Corporate University of the Year nominations.

Uralkali offers to its employees an industry leading benefits package. Uralkali Group’s employees are offered corporate housing and reimbursement of interest rates on mortgages. They are entitled to private medical insurance along with paid passes to health resorts. There is transport arranged for Uralkali’s employees to and from their offices, including between the towns of Berezniki and Solikamsk. The Company has its own sports facilities which are included in the All-Russian Register of Sports Facilities, such as the Dolphin swimming pool, the Kaliyets Sports Centre and the Kaliyets ski base. The Corporate University’s educational license covers more than 380 programmes in various fields, including training in new professions, qualification upgrade and other areas. The Crystal Pyramid Award was established in 2011 by the Organising Committee of the HR Directors Summit to share best practices in personnel management and draw the attention of the business community to human resources management, as well as encouraging companies that are introducing advanced HR methods and technologies.
