Dmitry Osipov participated in the panel discussion entitled ‘Doing Business in Africa: Challenges and Opportunities’, which was specifically focused on the region’s entrepreneurial and business culture, including the competitive environment and regulation in African countries.
Dmitry Osipov, Uralkali CEO and Chairman of the Russia-Nigeria Business Council under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, commented:

The Russia-Africa Economic Forum is an important event aimed at creating the most favourable conditions for the promotion and enhancement of trade and economic relations between the Russian Federation and African countries, enabling the diversification of the Russia-Africa cooperation.
The forum is attended by the heads of African states, representatives of Russian, African and international businesses and government agencies, integration associations from the African continent.
