Dmitry Osipov participates in the Russia-Africa Economic Forum

Dmitry Osipov, CEO of Uralkali (Company; Moscow Exchange: URKA), one of the world’s leading potash producers, took part in the business programme of the Russia-Africa Economic Forum held in Sochi, Russia on 23-24 October 2019 as part of the Russia-Africa summit.

Dmitry Osipov participated in the panel discussion entitled ‘Doing Business in Africa: Challenges and Opportunities’, which was specifically focused on the region’s entrepreneurial and business culture, including the competitive environment and regulation in African countries.

Dmitry Osipov, Uralkali CEO and Chairman of the Russia-Nigeria Business Council under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, commented:

The Russia-Africa Economic Forum is an important event aimed at creating the most favourable conditions for the promotion and enhancement of trade and economic relations between the Russian Federation and African countries, enabling the diversification of the Russia-Africa cooperation.
