Dmitry Osipov Participates in Brazilian Investment Opportunities Seminar

Dmitry Osipov, CEO of Uralkali (the Company; Moscow Exchange: URKA), one of the world’s largest potash producers, has taken part in the high-profile seminar “Investment Opportunities in Brazil”. The event that was held in Moscow on 28 November was attended by senior government officials, including Timur Maximov, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of Russia, Onyx Lorenzoni, Minister and Chief of Staff to the President of the Federative Republic of Brazil, and Tovar da Silva Nunes, Brazilian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Russia.

Conference participants discussed trade and economic relations between Russia and Brazil, the outcome of the recent BRICS Summit, joint initiatives and future projects of the two countries.

Mr. Lorenzoni and Mr. Da Silva Nunes praised the current level of the Company’s collaboration with Brazilian consumers and expressed hope that it will continue its Brazilian expansion and development in the future.
