Uralkali and Agency for Development of Professional Skills (WorldSkills Russia) Sign Agreement on Cooperation in Human Resources Development

Uralkali (the Company), one of the world's largest potash producers, and the Agency for Development of Professional Skills (WorldSkills Russia), working to promote advanced training standards, including the development of an independent assessment of competencies in Russia and other countries, signed an agreement on cooperation in the area of human resources development. The agreement was signed by Uralkali CEO Vitaly Lauk and WorldSkills Russia Director General Robert Urazov at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

The purpose of the agreement is to collaborate in the development of human resources and professional competencies in the industry and increase the prestige of service and engineering jobs, as well as the exchange of experience in the field of modern tools and mechanisms for assessing qualifications.
