Uralkaliĺs Video Project is a Runner-Up at the 5th International Movie Festival MineMovie 2023


Uralkali (the Company) competed in the Best Movie about Profession nomination with Ferti-Fellows, a series of short educational videos, in which animated characters — Po, T and Ash — explain the potash mining and production process.

The videos also showed why potash is important for people and plants and what jobs are in demand by this industry.

In total, the festival’s panel of judges assessed 137 projects in 12 nominations. The award ceremony was held during the 19th Mining Forum and Exhibition MINEX Russia 2023.


MineMovie is an international festival of short documentary mining-related movies held since 2019. It is organised by the MINEX forum and the First Geological Channel. Since 2021, the Grand Prix has been awarded to the ultimate winner of the contest.
