Uralkali runs a 24 hour hotline which is available to all of the Company’s external and internal stakeholders.

The hotline accepts anonymous messages and all enquiries remain confidential: employees working with the information received are personally responsible for maintaining confidentiality.

Uralkali ensures that no employee experiences any negative consequences for reporting an alleged act of corruption in good faith.

As inquiries are recorded and categorised, each one is sent to the head of the department relevant to that inquiry. If the inquiry is not anonymous, the response is provided within 14-30 business days.

Information on the hotline’s effectiveness is included in the Company’s sustainability reports. The report on inquiries received is reviewed by the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
