The 15th snowkiting competition dubbed ‘Stroganov Mile 2024’ will be held from 14 to 17 March 2024 in Usolye (Perm Region, Russia) with support from Uralkali, a part of Uralchem Group. The event will mark the third (and final) round of the Russian Snowkiting Cup in the Course Racing category and a round of the Russian Snowkiting Championship in the Freestyle category. Around 80 athletes from all across Russia are expected to take part in the races.

Similar to last year, the Stroganov Mile 2024 coincides with the Pancake Week, a Russian Orthodox festival preceding Great Lent. The main venue is located near the Usolye Stroganovskoye memorial estate. Aside from the actual competition, fans and other visitors will also be able to take a tour around the Stroganov Chambers, the Bragin and Golitsyn Houses, and join a series of interactive games and animation programmes. Also available will be free master classes in snowkiting.
