Uralkali Announces Senior Management Change

Uralkali (the Company; MICEX: URKA), one of the world’s largest potash producers, announces the appointment of Alexander Terletsky as Uralkali Trading CEO.

Prior to joining the Company, Alexander Terletsky held the position of General Director of Lukoil Eurasia Petrol A.S., where he was responsible for sales and logistics of Lukoil products in Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey.

In the period from 1995 to 2011, he worked in senior positions at TNK-BP, RAO UES and LLK-International.

Alexander Terletsky graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University, has an MBA degree (The University of Chicago Booth School of Business).

Dmitry Osipov, Uralkali CEO, commented:

We believe Uralkali Trading management changes will strengthen Uralkali’s position in the major export markets currently being very volatile.

Vladislav Lyan, earlier responsible for Uralkali sales overseas, has been appointed as Uralkali Trading Deputy CEO.
