Uralkali’s management will also take part in the meeting of the Board of Industrial Companies under the Governor of the Perm Region to discuss employer-sponsored education and development of talents for the regional industry.

The programme of the forum also features the 15th annual meeting of the Conference on Mineral Fertilisers, whose agenda revolves around the current condition and development prospects of the Russian mineral fertiliser sector, and status of various industrial projects.

Another element of the forum is the Focus on the Workers conference, which will host discussions on recruitment issues, preservation of the region’s human capital, occupational safety, and public health in an industrial urban environment.

Eduard Smirnov, Uralkali Technical Director:

The Perm Industrial Engineering Forum creates a unique opportunity to gather representatives of the business, scientific and educational communities, as well as state authorities, to discuss industrial development, HR, health, safety and environmental issues. Being able to talk, exchange experience and opinions, and to jointly address the most pressing problems will surely contribute to the development of individual companies and the economy of our region in general.
