Uralkali Announcement

PJSC Uralkali, one of the world’s largest potash producers, hereby announces that the Government Commission on Monitoring of Foreign Investments in the Russian Federation has permitted PJSC Uralkali to refrain from issuing replacement bonds for US$ 500 million 4.000 per cent Loan Participation Notes due 2024 (ISINs: XS2010040397; US91689LAA89) (the Notes) issued by Uralkali Finance Designated Activity Company for financing a loan granted to PJSC Uralkali, and to continue discharging its obligations under the Notes without adhering to the requirements of paragraphs  4, 4(2) and 4(3) of Decree of the Russian President No 430 dated 5 July 2022.

PJSC Uralkali will continue to discharge its obligations to Noteholders in the manner previously approved by a majority of the Noteholders in accordance with the written resolution dated 31 August 2022 (as described in more detail in Uralkali’s press release dated 1 September 2022).
