Uralkali (the Company; MICEX: URKA), one of the world’s largest potash producers, announces the following decisions taken by its Board of Directors at a meeting on 04 October 2016:

The Board re-elected Sergey Chemezov as Chairman and Dmitry Mazepin and Sir Robert Margetts as Deputy Chairmen of the Board.

The Board formed the Committees and re-appointed independent directors as the heads of these Committees in the same way as before.

The Board approved members of the Management Board as well as the appointment of Oleg Kalinskiy as Head of Government Relations.
