Uralkali is a Winner of the Moscow Exchange Annual Report Competition

Uralkali, one of the world’s leading potash producers, has been announced as the winner of the subcategory “Best Annual Report in the Industrial Sector” of the annual report competition, organised by the Moscow Exchange.

Uralkali also came second in the subcategory “Best Annual Report for Companies with a Market Capitalisation of RUB 40 billion to 200 billion”.

Uralkali’s 2019 Annual Report, titled “Proactive. Progressive. Proud” reflects the Company’s key performance indicators and strategy, as well as operational results. It also addresses various issues related to corporate governance, and provides details of the actions the Company takes to advance the social and economic development of the regions where it operates, with a particular focus on workplace and environmental safety.

The Moscow Exchange annual report competition has been held every year since 1997 and is one of the most important annual events in corporate governance and investor relations. It serves as a platform for the ongoing development of high standards in presenting business-related information, discussing the evolving development of company strategies, and setting contemporary trends and best practice in terms of the content, structure and design of annual reports. This year, 111 companies applied to participate in the competition.
