Uralkali increases salaries for employees

25.12.2019

Uralkali Group will raise the salary of its employees by 3%, as decided by the Company’s Board of Directors. This increase applies to wages from 1 December 2019. The official consumer price index for goods and services in the Perm region, market analysis and labour productivity are the main criteria for adjustment. The salary increase is in full compliance with the Company’s Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Irina Konstantinova, Uralkali HR Director, commented:

Salary increase for more than 20,000 Group employees is an important part of the social policy of Uralkali as one of the most attractive employers in the region. Adjustment is based on the Company’s Collective Bargaining Agreement, which is one of the best in the industry and provides employees with additional social protection, including reimbursement for the cost of meals, free transportation to remote workplaces, health resort vouchers, complementary medical care, housing programmes, sporting events and recreation opportunities for children.
